You agree not to copy, republish, frame, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on the site, its products, or its services or their selection and arrangement, except as expressly authorized herein. In addition, you agree not to use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction methods in connection with the site.

Your account
You are responsible for:
- restricting access to your account and computer;
- maintaining the accuracy and confidentiality of your account and password; and
- accept sole responsibility for all activities that occur through your account and password.
Risk of loss
All items purchased through waterpikflosser.co.za are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Warranties
Waterpik Water Flosser units have a 2 year limited warranty, which can be extended to 3 years by completing the Extended Warranty registration form within 60 days from the date of purchase.
The warranty for your unit begins on the day of purchase and a valid proof of purchase is required for claims. The warranty applies when the product has been handled properly and as described in the instruction manual.
Moveable parts such as water reservoirs, tips and the handle assembly of the countertop units are not under warranty.
