Your account
You are responsible for:

Risk of loss
All items purchased through waterpikflosser.co.za are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Warranties
WaterpikTM Water Flosser units have a 2 year limited warranty. Refer to our Warranty Conditions on the Warranty Registration page.
If you are not 100% happy with your new device within 14 days of purchase, return the unit to us and we will happily give you a FULL refund.
