    Warranty Conditions

    A valid proof of purchase is required to qualify for the 2 year warranty on Waterpik water flosser units and it starts on the date of purchase.

    A replacement water flosser unit assumes the remaining warranty of the original unit purchased.

    The warranty applies when the product has been handled properly for its intended use as described in the instruction manual. Read the instruction manual carefully before installing or using the product.

    Using a 220V Waterpik in countries like North and South America (120V) or Japan (100V) will likely damage the device and void its warranty. The Waterpik is designed for a specific voltage and frequency (120V, 60Hz in the US) and using a different voltage can overheat the motor and damage internal components.

    The warranty does not apply:

    • if the proof of purchase has been altered or made illegible;
    • if the model number or serial number on the water flosser unit has been altered, removed, or made illegible;
    • if repairs or product modifications have been performed by an unauthorised service company or person;
    • if the defect is the result of excessive use outside the intended purpose;
    • if the defect is caused by abuse of the product;
    • if the defect is caused by environmental conditions that are not in accordance with the user manual;
    • if the defect is caused by connecting peripherals, additional equipment, or accessories other than those recommended in the user manual;
    • if the unit has been damaged, including but not limited to damage by animals, lightning, abnormal voltage, fire, natural disaster, or transportation;
    • if the product is defective due to the wear of its parts, which are consumable by their nature.

    Moveable parts such as water reservoirs, tips and the handle assembly of the countertop units are not under warranty.
