Delivery options
- Courier
Free shipping for orders over R750. We deliver anywhere in South Africa directly to your home or office. - Collect from our Warehouse
If you are in Cape Town, you can collect your order from us at St Michael’s Park in Observatory.
Delivery costs
- Shipping for orders over R750 is free.
- A flat rate shipping fee of R100 is applicable for orders less than R750.
Estimated delivery times
What you order, where you want it delivered and which payment option you selected will determine your estimated time of delivery.
On average, we normally deliver to:
- Johannesburg in 2 to 3 working days;
- Cape Town the next day; and to
- Durban in 3 to 4 working days.
- Regional areas
All other provinces, cities/towns and outlying areas are 4 to 5 working days.

Cancellations and Returns
As required by the law, details of our after-sales service and guarantees, if any, are given in Our Website Terms and Conditions.
You may cancel your order at any time within 24 hours from the date you completed your online purchase.
The option to cancel your order is not available:
- if you purchase sealed Goods relating to health or hygiene, and they become unsealed after delivery, or cannot be re-sold for some other reason;
- if the Goods become mixed inseparably (according to their nature) with other items after delivery.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the Goods.
If the Goods you return show any sign of damage or loss due to your checking then we shall be entitled to deduct the cost from your refund money.
In the event of a cancellation by you in compliance with these terms, any money due to you will be refunded within 30 days.
To ensure a quick resolution of your claim, please provide your order number and telephone number for a return reference to be placed below our address label.
